I wonder . . . yet . . . to those firmly glued to TV sets or hi-resolution computer screens such questions elicit yawns Will our population wake up in time before a cataclysm dawns? Terri: I dunno. In every age there've been prophets of doom, but somehow humanity survives. Tim: Survival is just part of the issue. Kris: We've got to achieve a higher standard.
