Ideal citizens have no particular views –
they just consume passively
& do what they're supposed to do.
Ideal citizens are predictably quaint –
they make qualms about things that don't matter
while ignoring painful mistakes
Ideal citizens are like zippers moving up & down easily –
they slide either way without friction
However beyond their stainless steel teeth
is there anything more than hollow conformity?
