Sam:    . . . So you believe oil is what made America a world power?

Tim:    Oil is what made and unmade many countries in the 20th century. 
        Hasn't it been the main geo-political driver for over a hundred years?

Terri:  Yep! Just look at the revenue of the world's top ten corporations – 
        six of them are in the business of sucking the Earth dry.

Ted:    (sipping a cool beer) Hey, can you imagine what life would be like 
        in a post-petroleum era?

Tim:    (sighing) Not really. Won't the major oil companies try to prevent 
        that day from coming?
