GROVES OF LIGHT: Some speculations about energy fields

Daiki:   So do you think plants have auras?

An-Yi:   (shrugging her shoulders) Everything has an energy field.

Daiki:   But humans are built to perceive rather limited energy spectra. 
         So much passes right by us without us noticing.

Bhäraté: (sipping some green tea slowly) Hmm. Perhaps that is a mixed blessing. 
         There are probably good reasons our perceptions are limited.

Daiki:   (turning the page of a newspaper in faint disinterest) I agree.
         All too often, whenever humans obtain a power they misuse it.
