Off Stage - a graphic poem by T Newfields
Daiki: Have you ever had conversations that resemble this artwork?
An-Yi: (raising her eyebrows) You mean with lot's of sparks yet little substance? Of course. Haven't we all?
Chariya: First of all, it's foolish to liken conversation to images. However, if you wish to enjoy the folly then I'd say this is a very Hindu sort of conversation!
Bhäraté: (chuckling slightly) How so?
Chariya: Isn't there something pantheistic about the central light?
Bhäraté: (laughing) Hardly! One could easily say the opposite.
An-Yi: (sighing) Ahh, our words get in the way of the grand geometries of silence.
