Gwen: 	I think of Chagall as a "poet with paint" rather than an ordinary artist.

Orapan: You're welcome to think whatever you wish. However, why bother telling me?

Gwen: 	(smiling) Hmm. Well, a few people are good at appearing to care.

Tara:   Actually, Jack Bauer said something interesting about this. At first, many people 
        are only superficially committed to caring for others. However, as they invest more 
        time in producing a given behavior, gradually that behavior becomes more "real" 
        for them. In other words, our sense of commitment evolves as we grow.
