PILGRIMAGES: A strange sensual journey

	Olive mounts of desire, 
	crucifix of lust.

	Bitter crown of betrayal, 
	and rancid fruit of distrust.

	Gardens of innocence 
	and burning bushes of mystery.

	Towering summits of Sinai, 
	and depths of the Dead Sea.

	These are points lovers often traverse.
	Will we become lost in the desert of empty dreams, 
	or return to Eden again?

Miok: (nodding) Indeed. What do you see in this person's hands?

Cantara: That's hard to tell, but I feel the enigma of youth and age.

Tim: (raising his eyebrows) There are so many strange conflicting curves in our lives.
