Ellesha: Perhaps, but are such interpretations needed? Why not just see just appreciate the visual patterns? Too much philosophy gets in the way of clear seeing.
Philyra: Maybe each work has multiple meanings. On one level there are merely shapes and colors, but I also believe a political vision is expressed.
Jules: Yeah, too many so-called 'spiritual philosophies' regard the world as non-political. That's naïve. Some sort of struggle is always taking place. Rather than seeking metaphysical escape, we should face our struggles. . .
