Knotty Texts

Knotty Texts - an art work by T Newfields

How to put it all together:
this seems inextricable since
none of it really fits

Normal texts should be less twisted:
yet the problem is deeper than
any coding sequence

Most writers keep bending rhetoric:
whose twisted ends
connect poorly to proverbial means

Perhaps contradictions should be accepted
as tokens of a queer perfection
rather than inadequacies

Or perhaps we should permit
random fluctuations -
who cares about the mean?

Still it seems likely
most texts cun
tain more wobbly words
err shaky konstructions
than moist folks wanna read

Juanita: Sounds like the bloke is frustrated.
Jack: >Don't people eventually get tired of writing to themselves?
